Terms — please read and agree

• You confirm the items belong to you and you have the right to dispose of them.
• JVS collects and buys the items legally at a kaitori price of 0 yen; ownership transfers to JVS on collection.
• If the timing is hard to arrange or the location is too far, JVS may cancel the request and will notify you by email.
• Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to traffic or weather.
• Hazardous, illegal or heavily contaminated items are not accepted; some items may incur a recycling fee, which we will tell you in advance.
• Items left outside are at your own risk (weather, third parties) until we arrive.
• Your data is used only to arrange the collection and to send related emails.
