Arrival at the Vietnamese port and customs clearance.

Pickup process

Create the shipment online with the weight and size of each package.
Receive your package codes (e.g. JVS0001) right after submitting.
Write the code on all sides of the box and add the Vietnamese address.
JVS collects the boxes at your home on the agreed day.
We weigh everything at the warehouse and confirm the final price.

Oversize items

Volumetric weight = L × W × H ÷ 6000. If it is greater than the actual weight, the package counts as oversize and is charged by volumetric weight.

Cargo insurance

Packages declared above ¥50,000 must be insured at 2% of their value. Lower-value packages can be insured optionally.

Items we cannot ship

Cash, jewellery, weapons, drugs, flammable or pressurised goods, perishable food, live animals and any item prohibited by Japanese or Vietnamese customs.
